Coffee Processing
At platinum Commodities, coffees processing is carefully handled using the state of the art Machinery.




Process starts with the pre-cleaning of the coffee to separate the dry coffee from the wet beans
The wet coffee is then processed and dried in a 12 ton tower Drier to attain moisture of 12.5%, carefully stored in a tower style for the bean storage, the beans then move to the Dis-stoner to separate the stones from the beans.
The sorted coffee beans are then sent to a coffee bean grader that grades the 18, 15 and 12 coffee bean quality.
Under grade 1199, Sent to the gravity table for further cleaning and gradingOutput: grade 15 standard coffee bean and 18 premium for Rob aster



These are then send to a color sorter for uniform bean grading.
